At Fellowes, Inc. (“Fellowes”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with Bankers Box products and Supplies for Paper Shredders, Laminating, Binding, and Stapling you purchased from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within 45 days of the date of purchase.
Because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
How to Claim the Guarantee

- Product purchased
- Reason for dissatisfaction
- Date of purchase
- Proof of purchase (showing when and where you bought the product)
- Pictures of the product
In certain instances, Fellowes may require you to provide the product to us; if we make this request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of purchase.
Guarantee Guidelines
Fellowes reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Fellowes concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. Fellowes may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
